Trim 4 ripe organic bananas to make a flat end for 4 popsicle sticks.

To start, peel 4 ripe organic bananas. Line them up on a cutting board and trim the hooked end on each banana to create a flat end.

Push a popsicle stick into the flat end of each banana,

Once all the bananas have an ice cream stick placed in it, then transfer the bananas with sticks into a freezer bag. Place in the freezer for several hours or overnight.

Once the bananas are frozen then they are ready to make the chocolate peanut banana treats.

Before bringing the frozen bananas out of the freezer, prepare the chocolate coating.

Assemble the organic ingredients to make the chocolate coating

Chocolate and peanut coating ingredients:

- approximately 1/2 cup raw organic chopped peanuts

- 4 medium ripe organic bananas

- 2 tbsp raw organic unpasteurized honey

- 4 tbsp organic unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1/2 tsp organic vanilla extract

- dash of pink Himalayan sea salt

Place all ingredients, except peanuts, in a tall heat proof cup and stir well. Microwave for 20 seconds on high and then stir again until well mixed.

Stir the warm melted chocolate coating and mix well.

Set up the chocolate coating, peanuts and parchment paper lined on a pan or board.

You are now ready to bring out the frozen bananas and begin coating them.

Dip each frozen banana into the warm chocolate coating.

Work quickly as you dip the chocolate bananas into the chocolate coating, as the chocolate will harden on the frozen banana.

Roll the frozen banana dipped with chocolate into the chopped peanuts.

Quickly roll and sprinkle with peanuts after the bananas are dipped. The frozen chocolate peanut banana will harden quickly. Then place it on the parchment paper to completely harden as you dip all 4 frozen bananas.

Eat your frozen bananas right away, or store in the sealed freezer bag, back in the freezer.

You can store the chocolate peanut coated frozen bananas in the freezer until you are ready to enjoy them.
