Begin my adding the 1 1/2 cups of hot water, the 1/4 cup organic molasses and 2 tbsp of the extra virgin olive oil to the bread machine.
On top of the liquids, place 3 cups of the organic oat flour and the 1 1/2 cups of organic oat bran.
Over the oat flour and oat bran layer, create a dry well and place the 2 tbsp fast rising yeast. Then sprinkle a dash of the pink Himalayan sea salt.
Close the lid and press the expressbake setting.
While the dough is being kneaded, open the lid, scrape the sides and add 1 tbsp of olive oil to keep the dough from sticking to the sides. Close the lid again and leave the machine until the timer beeps after 80 minutes.
When the timer goes off, turn off the bread maker, lift the hot pan out and turn the bread out onto a wire rack, to let cool.
Allow the bread to cool for about half an hour before slicing. A half an hour walk to burn some calories before trying this delicious wholesome bread is a great idea!
