Easy Peanut Butter Protein Balls

A healthier option to chocolate and peanut butter candy! This is packed with healthy fats and veggie protein and unsweetened organic cocoa. All good for you! So indulge guilt-free!


Healthy peanut butter balls rolled in organic cocoa

This easy and vegan recipe has only 3 ingredients:

1. 3 tsp. Organic natural peanut butter with no additives

2. 1 serving (21 g scoop) of vega protein powder

3. 1 tbsp organic cocoa powder


Directions:


1 Place the Scoop of Vega protein powder in a medium sized bowl.

2. Place the 3 tbsp peanut butter on top of the vega protein powder.

Stir the protein powder and peanut butter mixture until it forms a dough ball.


Next, get a small dish or bowl and place the cocoa powder on it.



Place the 1 tbsp of cocoa powder in a small dish next to the peanut butter and vega protein powder dough.

With your clean hands, scoop teaspoon fulls of the dough, and roll it in your hands. then roll the small dough balls into the cocoa powder. then set aside on another serving plate.

As seen in the picture above, I made six peanut butter protein balls which works out to about 67 calories each. If you make 8 smaller balls they will be approximately 50 calories each.
