When you get an urge for an ice cream sundae but know that those sugary toppings are just high fructose/glucose and bad for you - then hey! Here is one that is actually good for you and so yummy!

A healthier version of chocolate sauce, made from heart healthy coconut oil and nutritious organic cocoa and organic unprocessed honey for the sweetener. Pour it onto your ice cream and it hardens into chocolate crackle! A better option to serve your family rather than store bought ice cream toppings. A whole recipe makes about 1 cup of sauce and works out to about 1,060 healthy calories. A 1/4 cup serving is 265 calories.

Made with healthy organic ingredients:
- 1/2 cup organic virgin coconut oil
- 2 tbsp raw organic honey
- 4 tbsp organic unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp organic pure vanilla
- 2 pinches of pink Himalayan sea salt
Place all 5 ingredients into a microwaveable heat proof cup or bowl.

Once stirred, place the cup with chocolate mixture into the microwave. Set it on the high setting for 30 seconds.

Once it has been stirred again after you take it out of the microwave, it is ready to use as a topping on home-made ice cream.

Or you can use any left over chocolate sauce, and turn it into hardened chocolate by pouring it onto a plate and let it harden.
